Queer Climb Night
Queer Climb Night at Inner Peaks: A Celebration of Community and Adventure! 🏳️🌈🧗♂️
At Inner Peaks, we believe that climbing transcends physical boundaries—it’s about conquering challenges, fostering connections, and celebrating everyone’s climbing journeys. Our Queer Climb Night is a testament to this ethos. Held on the last Tuesday of every month, this event brings together climbers from the Charlotte LGBTQ community for an evening of camaraderie, adventure, and empowerment.
What Is Queer Climb Night?
- When: The last Tuesday of each month.
- Time: 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM
- Who: Everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned climber or a first-timer, all are welcome.
- Cost:
- IP Members: Free
- Non-Members: $22 (includes rental gear).
What to Expect
- Meet and Greet: Arrive, grab your harness, and say hello! Connect with fellow climbers, share stories, and make new friends.
- Climbing Sessions: Scale our walls, challenge yourself, and experience the thrill of reaching new heights. Whether you’re a bouldering enthusiast or prefer top-rope climbing, we’ve got routes for everyone.
- Inclusive Atmosphere: Our gym is a safe space where everyone can be their authentic selves. We celebrate diversity, respect pronouns, and uplift each other.
- Expert Guidance: Our friendly staff and experienced climbers are here to assist you. Need tips on technique? Want to learn a new knot? Just ask!
- Post-Climb Hangout: After the climb, unwind with refreshments and laughter. Share your triumphs, swap climbing stories, and plan your next adventure.
