YOGA FOR CLIMBERS

Join us on the mat with this dynamic flow that will increase shoulder, chest, and hip flexibility. You will work to strengthen antagonist and stabilizer muscles, while focusing on fluid movement.
ALL LEVELS FLOW

Join us on the mat for a steady-paced flow where we will find connection between breath and movement, helping to clear away any tension built up in the body. The dynamic, creative sequencing will focus on functional movement and alignment. This practice will allow you to explore elements of strength and stability as well as length and deep stretching.

This class is suitable for all levels and everyone. We’ll connect our breath with our movement as we mindfully flow through each pose, sharpening our focus and melting away stress. Yoga not only helps manage & reduce stress, it helps build strength, balance & flexibility.

Join us on the mat for an all-levels, vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa means the connection of breath (prana) to posture (asana) to calm the mind and steady the body. Linking breath to movement to calm the mind is an integral part of not only yoga but also climbing. These classes appropriate for all levels and focus on the physical, physiological, and meditative aspects of the yoga practice, which transcend into climbing and everyday life.
