Staying fit is essential for climbers, which is why you’ll find work out facilities at both of our Climbing centers. Both Members and Daypass guests 14 years old and older can enjoy access to these facilities. Please inquire at the front desk about available fitness and yoga programs and classes.

During the closure, we will be offering outdoor yoga classes & Outdoor fitness classes to limited participants! You can join us by registering through the links below! Outdoor yoga classes are weather dependent. If a class is cancelled due to weather, we will notify participants via email and the class will be held virtually.


OUTDOOR TRAINING CLASSES

Join us for a one-hour circuit training class outside at South End!

These aren’t your ordinary workout classes. We’re incorporating specific climbing training you won’t get anywhere else! Our classes include climbing movement exercises on the tension board in addition to important cardio and body weight stations.

Tuesdays 7pm-8pm
