Staying fit is essential for climbers, which is why you’ll find work out facilities at both of our Climbing centers. Both Members and Daypass guests 14 years old and older can enjoy access to these facilities.

Matthews Yoga Classes:

Yoga with Live Percussion Music by IP Member, KT Kilroy

March 31st, April 28th, and May 26th at 6:30 pm

Join yoga instructor Meghan Helms for a slow flow yoga class accompanied by a live musical performance by Kt Kilroy, a member of Inner Peaks with a Masters in Music Performance.

Kt will be performing ethereal percussive soundscapes across a variety of instruments including the Zimbabwean Mbira, Frame Drums, Wind Gong, and Singing Bowls.

Yoga for Climbers

Mondays at 7:00 pm
Join IP yoga instructor, Chloe Schehr, for a dynamic flow that will increase shoulder, chest, and hip flexibility. You will work to strengthen antagonist and stabilizer muscles, while focusing on fluid movement.


Slow Flow

Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
This class is suitable for all levels and everyone. We’ll connect our breath with our movement as we mindfully flow through each pose, sharpening our focus and melting away stress. Yoga not only helps manage & reduce stress, it helps build strength, balance & flexibility. Instructed by IP Yoga instructor, Meghan Helms.

Saturdays at 10 am
IP Yoga instructor Meghan Helms leads a Saturday morning energizing class, the perfect way to let go of the week and inspire you for the weekend ahead. We’ll unite our breath & body with a well rounded class.
