Staying fit is essential for climbers, which is why you’ll find work out facilities at both of our Climbing centers. Both Members and Daypass guests 14 years old and older can enjoy access to these facilities.

Outdoor Training Classes

Join us for a one-hour circuit training class! We’re incorporating specific climbing training you won’t get anywhere else! Our classes include climbing movement exercises on the tension board in addition to important cardio and body weight stations.
